Timeframe for Shipping

  • The process from product receipt to shipment preparation can take up to 2 weeks on average but sometimes can be longer. We will let you know if there is any delays.
  • We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible once they are ready.

Responsibility for Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees will be calculated and charged after your order has been fulfilled. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping, which must be paid before your order can be dispatched.

Alternative Shipping Options

  • If you prefer to use an alternative shipping method or carrier, you are welcome to do so. Please select Pickup when checking out.
  • Please inform us of your preferred shipping method at the time of your order. Note that coordinating and paying for alternative shipping methods is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We also can ship directly to Amazon FBA! Customer will be responsible for all shipping to Amazon facilities.
