No Returns or Exchanges, when completing payment, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to adhere to all policies outlined by BulkBeautyWholesale.com. Please be informed that all deposits are non-refundable, and all sales are final. We reserve the right to refund or cancel an order for any reason. Please note that BulkBeautyWholesale.com cannot be held liable for any intellectual property (IP) complaints, customer complaints, or Amazon-related issues, including but not limited to gated listings, lower prices, removed listings, etc.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures every customer receives brand-new, untouched items with each purchase.

Bulk Beauty Makeup will not take responsibility for any Item that is restricted to sell on Amazon, restricted to send to FBA, or restricted on any other marketplaces after the receipt of a purchase order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure before buying that he/she is eligible to sell these products. We do not claim to be authorized re-sellers or distributors of any of the brands we are offering unless otherwise stated. We will not take responsibility for any item that becomes restricted after the sale.   

Exception for Items Damaged During Shipping

The sole exception to our no-return policy is for items that have incurred damage during shipping. In these rare instances, the liability for such damages falls upon the shipping carrier, not Bulk Beauty Makeup Wholesale Supplier.
